Overview
I was the first and only UX Writer supporting 7 designers at Web3 giant, Polygon Labs. It's in the top 3 blockchain projects globally by impact. However, there were no content guidelines in place. This was a challenge since the products are so technical.
I was honoured to create the UX copy for the world's first fully EVM equivalent ZK rollup, the zkEVM Bridge, an exciting project with no precedent!
Approach
I quickly created a researched content guide, removed redundancies and optimized UX copy on Polygon Labs' flagship products.
I refined and iterated on copy for the Wallet Suite, Staking and especially the world's first fully EVM equivalent ZK rollup, the zkEVM Bridge.
I set out processes with designers and developers, shipping products in short time frames.
I also documented the Polygon Design System.
