UX Writing
I crafted UX copy for EU’s 1st robotaxis at EU funded Buggati Rimac startup, Verne. My main projects were the in-vehicle screen and taxi app.
I worked with 4 product managers, 5 designers, 1 UX researcher and 1 other writer. We worked on 4 different products to ensure I provided concise yet precise information that is approachable, human and instructive with a dash of quirkiness.

- Improved usability by 35% crafting concise, useful copy for in-vehicle screen & taxi app.
- Spearheaded UX research: user journeys, affinity mapping, A-B testing etc.
- Incorporated AI tools to enhance UX research, competitor benchmarking, brainstorming.
- Led workshops for Brand and UX teams: brainstorming, voice and tone etc.
- Created the first in-house UX Writing Handbook, streamlining content processes.
- Crafted Linkedin strategy and web copy doubling positive engagement.
- Created onboarding and learning materials for the HR team.
- Managed translations with Lokalise.
